Fabricator-welder wanted in Talbot County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Talbot County, Maryland. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. The role involves: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters What we are looking for: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
