Van driver — Douglas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a van driver in Douglas County, Illinois. You will be based at a courier and logistics company. Requirements: • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts • Valid police verification / background check The role involves: • Deliver goods to customers and collect signatures or proof of delivery • Drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules • Arrange routine servicing and renew insurance and PUC documents • Top up engine oil, coolant and washer fluid as needed • Report accidents, breakdowns and vehicle damage to the supervisor • Check tyre pressure and report worn or damaged tyres Full-time, day shift.
