Escalator technician — Weakley County

Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in Weakley County, Tennessee. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. The role involves run load and overload tests with test weights; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
