You will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. You should have: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
