Kitchenhand — Hayes County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Hayes County, Nebraska. Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
