Foundry worker wanted in Clay County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a foundry worker in Clay County, Arkansas. The job is on the moulding line. Day to day you will operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch. Requirements: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided.
