Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Somerset County, Maryland. The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 4+ years on the tools preferred.
