Formwork carpenter wanted in Henderson County

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Henderson County, Illinois. You will be based on a residential tower site. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Day to day you will assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
