Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Oluyole, Oyo State. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
