Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Sherman County, Texas. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
