Meat trimmer — Saint Lucie County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Saint Lucie County, Florida. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off.
