Scullery hand — Wilcox County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Wilcox County, Alabama. You will be based in a catering unit. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles 6+ years on the tools preferred.
