Catering cook wanted in Wilson County

Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Wilson County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
