Meat trimmer — Jefferson County

Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Jefferson County, Idaho. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
