Vacancy available: we are hiring a café server in Enugu South, Enugu State. The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
