Urgent requirement: packaging machine operator (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Pope County, Illinois. Requirements: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On a typical shift you will change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; set up and start the machine as per the job card; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
