Kitchen cook — Itasca County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Itasca County, Minnesota. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
