Ironing operator — Rankin County

Now hiring: we are hiring an ironing operator in Rankin County, Mississippi. The job is at a dry cleaner's. On a typical shift you will give each garment a final press before packing; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Full-time with occasional weekends.
