Roofing foreman — Rowan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Rowan County, North Carolina. You should have: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems On a typical shift you will set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
