Toolroom milling operator wanted in Brooks County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Brooks County, Texas. The job is in a CNC machining unit. On a typical shift you will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 6+ years on the tools preferred.
