Sample machinist — Carroll County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sample machinist in Carroll County, Missouri. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. Day to day you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
