Urgent requirement: panel painter (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel painter in Genesee County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale You will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
