Immediate opening: we are hiring a power float operator in Franklin County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Six days a week, one day off.
