Lift erector — Ford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift erector in Ford County, Kansas. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards The role involves: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts Meals and transport allowance provided.
