Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ola Oluwa, Osun State. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
