Panel beater — Talbot County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel beater in Talbot County, Maryland. On the job you will handle: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers What we are looking for: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
