Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts The role involves: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
