Packing machine operator — Black Hawk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a packing machine operator in Black Hawk County, Iowa. You will be based at an FMCG production plant. You will separate rejects and re-pack faulty units; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams. You should have: • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
