Site carpenter — Nangere

Great opportunity: we are hiring a site carpenter in Nangere, Yobe State. Day-to-day duties: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage ₦255,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
