Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
