Conventional mill operator — Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Union County, Iowa. You will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work 2+ years on the tools preferred.
