Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press setter operator in Jackson County, Missouri. The job is on the press shop floor. Ideal candidate: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes The role involves: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
