Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Prince William County, Virginia. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 3+ years on the tools preferred.
