Stainless steel welder — Pemiscot County

Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Pemiscot County, Missouri. You will work on a structural steel site. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Rotating shifts.
