The role involves shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
