Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
