Gang bricklayer — Coshocton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Coshocton County, Ohio. The job is on a busy housing site. You will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
