Immediate opening: restoration bricklayer (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in City of Poquoson, Virginia. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. On a typical shift you will brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Full-time with occasional weekends.
