Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Hampden County, Massachusetts. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. $5,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
