Grill cook — Jackson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Jackson County, South Dakota. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
