We are recruiting: we are hiring a smash repairer in Jefferson County, Arkansas. You will be based at a paint and panel shop. On the job you will handle: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Full-time with occasional weekends.
