Join our team: we are hiring a foundry worker in St. Francis County, Arkansas. You will be based in a non-ferrous casting shop. On a typical shift you will pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Basic grinding and fettling skills Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
