Requirements: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Able to read construction drawings and specifications On the job you will handle: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations Rotating shifts.
