Commis chef wanted in Meade County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Meade County, South Dakota. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 4+ years on the tools preferred.
