We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Seminole County, Florida. The job is at a cake shop. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
