Powder coating operator — Gage County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Gage County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
