Cnc turning machinist — Fairfax County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Fairfax County, Virginia. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Your main tasks: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Six days a week, one day off. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
