Urgent requirement: we are hiring a power float operator in Sussex County, Virginia. You will work on a high-rise slab pour. Your main tasks: • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
