We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Randolph County, Georgia. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day You will season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
