Car painter • Berkeley County, West Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a car painter in Berkeley County, West Virginia. You will work at a dealership paint shop. You will strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
